I’m sorry to hear that from your letter of May 24 that the goods we supplied are damaged during transportation.
Above all things, we have to explain the situation by stating the packing. You have ever requested us to pack contract goods in plastic boxes, on your letter of May 5, but it was only a suggestion and not a shipping instruction. We performed our duty to pack according to your offer. Secondly, as we use the damages which are specially designed for transportation of fragile goods such as ours, we cannot to accept your conclusion that the cell phones are damaged due to our insufficient packing.
